  • We deliver across the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
  • Delivery is currently available to Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Abu Dhabi, and Umm Al Quwain.

2. Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery time is within 7 business days from the date of order confirmation.
  • For urgent orders, please contact us via WhatsApp. Same-day or next-day delivery may be available depending on location and order volume (subject to confirmation).

3. Delivery Charges

  • Delivery fees vary based on location.
  • Exact delivery charges will be calculated and shown at checkout.
  • Free delivery may be available on selected orders above a minimum order value (promotions will be announced on the website).

4. Order Processing

  • All orders are freshly prepared after confirmation.
  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM (UAE time) are usually processed on the same day.
  • We prepare desserts fresh, so changes to orders are only accepted within 2 hours of placing the order.

5. Delivery Process

  • We use trusted delivery partners to ensure your desserts reach you in perfect condition.
  • Perishable items are packed with proper cooling materials.
  • You will receive a tracking link via SMS/WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

6. Important Notes

  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order.
  • For cakes with candles or special messages, please mention it in the order notes.

7. Failed Delivery

  • If the delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address or unavailability of recipient, redelivery charges may apply.
  • We are not responsible for products that spoil due to the customer’s failure to collect or store them properly after delivery.
