Perishable Products

As our products are freshly prepared and perishable in nature, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted once the order has been delivered and accepted by the customer.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds or replacements may only be considered in the following cases:

  • Wrong item delivered
  • Damaged product upon delivery
  • Missing items in the order
  • Product quality issue reported immediately after delivery

To request a refund or replacement, customers must contact us within a reasonable time after receiving the order and provide:

  • Clear photos of the product
  • Description of the issue

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or returns will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer
  • Delays caused by customer unavailability
  • Minor design or decoration variations in custom cakes
  • Products not stored properly after delivery

Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom cakes and personalized dessert orders are specially prepared based on customer requirements and are non-refundable once production has started.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before preparation begins. Once the order is being prepared or dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Refund Process

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method where applicable
  • Processing time may vary depending on banks or payment providers
