  • Prices displayed are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and inclusive of VAT where applicable.
  • We accept online payments through secure third-party gateways.
  • Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified without our approval.

3. Delivery

  • We offer delivery across the UAE.
  • Standard delivery time is within 7 business days from order confirmation.
  • Delivery charges may apply depending on location.
  • Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or third-party logistics.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order for a full refund.
  • No cancellations or refunds are allowed after 2 hours or once the order has been prepared.
  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

5. Product Information

  • All images are for illustration purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly in appearance.
  • We use the finest ingredients, but we cannot guarantee against food allergies. Please check ingredients carefully before ordering.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Crumbs Desserts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the ordered products.
